Overview
Automate Scripts is a private administration tool used by authorized page owners or administrators to prepare, review, and publish approved content to Facebook Pages. The tool is not a public consumer application and does not provide login or services to the general public.
Information We Process
When an authorized administrator connects a Facebook account, the tool may process:
- Facebook Page identifiers, Page names, and Page access permissions granted by the administrator.
- Approved post content, captions, links, images, videos, and publishing metadata.
- Basic API responses from Meta needed to confirm whether content was published successfully.
How We Use Information
We use this information only to:
- List Facebook Pages managed by the authorized administrator.
- Publish administrator-approved posts to selected Pages.
- Record non-sensitive publishing metadata such as post IDs, timestamps, and Page names.
- Troubleshoot publishing errors and token refresh issues.
What We Do Not Do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not use Page data for third-party advertising.
- We do not publish content without administrator approval.
- We do not intentionally collect private messages, passwords, payment data, or unrelated personal data.
Storage and Security
Access tokens and publishing configuration are handled only for the purpose of administering authorized Pages. Reasonable technical measures are used to limit access to these credentials. Administrators should revoke access in Meta Business settings if they no longer want the tool to manage their Pages.
Data Sharing
We do not share processed Page data with third parties except when required to operate the tool through Meta's APIs, comply with law, or protect the security and integrity of the service.
Data Deletion
An authorized administrator may request deletion of stored publishing metadata or disconnect the app from their Facebook account through Meta's app and business settings. After access is removed, the tool can no longer publish to that Page unless access is granted again.
Detailed deletion instructions are available at /data-deletion/.
Contact
For privacy or data deletion requests, contact the administrator through the relevant Facebook Page inbox or the business contact channel shown on that Page.
